Throughout the retreat, our days will be filled with immersive and unique workshops focused on various themes like business self-concept, creative content creation, how to make our offers the sexiest thing that has ever walked into a room, and ethical and clean selling. We'll dive deep into the heart of our businesses while cultivating a strong sisterhood that will last way past the day we pack up our suitcases and hug goodbye.
But hold up- it’s not all business buzz- from zip-lining through the rainforest to snorkeling in the Pacific, to masterminding in an infinity pool sipping fancy colorful drinks that I don’t even know the names of to indulging in sound bath ceremonies as well as savory nourishing meals while overlooking the ocean- this week together with feel like a week get-away to another planet.

Meet Tamar. You can think of her as your self-confidence boosting superhero bestie with fringe boots and a BoHo chic cape ready to fall in love with building a business of your dreams.
She's a trained MSW therapist, certified Business and Life Coach, and a true adventurer at heart. Before diving into life coaching, Tamar directed and program coordinated traveling teen programs across the US and Israel, leading young minds through personal growth activities, leadership building, organic farming, and awe-inspiring wonders of the world.
With a passion for travel and learning about new lands and people, Tamar has led global adventures for teens, opening their eyes to the beauty and diversity of our planet. But that's not all – she's also a powerhouse in business coaching, leading workshops on bravery and courage, and hosting retreats to ignite creativity and generate innovative ideas.
Bringing together her expertise in business coaching, her enthusiasm for travel, and her deep respect for new experiences, Tamar's Nourished Retreat is a dream come true. 7:30AM- Treetop Yoga Rise and shine with a rejuvenating treetop yoga session, connecting mind, body, and soul.
9AM- Nourishing Breakfast Enjoy a fresh and locally sourced breakfast.
10:30AM- Becoming Besties with Your Business Workshop: Join our immersive workshop to uncover your current business relationship, then craft a culture and fresh connection. Utilizing experiential tools, we'll nurture a vibrant, loving bond with your venture.
1PM- Lunch Break: Relish in a nourishing lunch of savory plant-based organic cuisine with locally sourced ingredients.
2PM- Boat Ride and Waterfall Hike: Embark on a breathtaking boat ride followed by a hike to picturesque waterfalls, connecting with nature and finding inspiration in its beauty.
6PM- Pre-dinner creative content writing session. Learning the many ways we can capture our audiences attention by speaking right to their hearts.
7PM- Evening Feast: Gather for a delightful dinner, sharing stories and laughter over savory dishes.
9PM- Beach Bonfire and Song: End the day on a high note with a cozy beach bonfire, singing and dancing together under the starlit sky.

Early Bird Price: $3,000 for first five people who sign up.
Afterwards, price goes up to $3,250.
Price includes everything except for airfare.
✨A 50% deposit is due by first week in December and the last 50% first week in March.
