I wanted to go to something like this. So I made it.
I wanted to meet other women doing their thing. Hear about their work, talk about mine, see what might come out of getting us together. And I wanted it to be the most fun.
Like, can we have a DJ? Can we have beautiful food? Can we do something that gets us talking without everyone having to stand up and give a little speech?
Turns out, yes. And after the last party, women kept telling me to do it again.

So here we are. I’m putting together another National Networking Dance Party, and you’re invited.
Okay, what actually happens?
You arrive, there’s music going, food out, women coming in from different places. Some know each other, plenty don’t.
I’ll lead us through networking activities in partners and small groups, so you’ll have a way to get into conversations and tell people about your work. There’s time to keep talking afterwards, swap details, find out more about someone who does something you’re interested in.
And Dj à la Esh is doing the party, so yes, there will be some crazy beats, along with a beautiful, colorful grazing table, dancing, hanging out, and plenty of conversations where you’re holding your little plate of food and completely forgetting to eat.
You get three hours for all of it. I’ll organize the morning. You get yourself there.
Coming on your own?
Absolutely come. Lots of women do. You don’t need to bring someone to have someone to talk to.
Business still a work in progress?
Same, girl. Come tell us what you’re working on.
Not much of a dancer?
You’re still invited. Dance as much or as little as you want.
Is it in English?
Yes, this is an English-speaking event.
Who is your hostess?
I’m Tamar Gersh, life and business coach, founder of Joyful Networking, and host of the Brave Little Things podcast.
I work with women who have things they want to put out into the world and help them stop holding back, unmute, and start talking about their work.
I also live for getting women together, which is how we ended up here: me organizing a networking dance party and you coming to it. ♡
